The Woodletics Deadlift & Resistance Band Platform combines functionality, robustness and smart design for your strength training. Made from solid wood and multiplex, it provides a stable base for deadlifts, band exercises and explosive strength workouts.

A special highlight are the wooden band pegs on both sides, which allow you to adjust the length of the resistance bands to suit your height and the exercise you are doing – for maximum training variety and safety.
